Q: What if I'm brand new to allergies and don't know where to start? A: Perfect! The Nest is designed for parents at every stage. Start with the "Just Hatched" video library and ask me anything in the Facebook group. There are no silly questions here.
Q: Can I cancel anytime? A: Yes, absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts. Stay as long as it's helpful, leave when you're ready. Most members stay for 12+ months because ongoing support is what makes the difference.
Q: I'm in Australia, will this work for me? A: Yes! I'm based in Australia and most of our members are Australian families. All advice is relevant to Australian guidelines, brands, and healthcare systems. However it is also suitable for parents living in UK and USA.
Q: What if I have multiple children with different allergies? A: That's OK, you can ask about all your children and their specific situations. Many of our members are managing multiple children with different allergies.
